At MicroPerfumes.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and within the 30-day return window; please note that certain sample sizes may be final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging to prevent transit damage and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
